well you want to know about my new comp eh. well he's cool. he's a little taller than me with blond hair blue eyes and he's balding which he is most certainly sad about. he is from orem utah of course and he has one older brother and two older sisters .mormon ~from the start and he's great. he for sure has a great spirit about him and he is really chill. he just got done being the office secretary and he trained elder wood to be the new one. he played golf in high school and can play a little piano and guitar. he loves movies as well so we talkk about that a lot. you know me. but ya thats ~him i like him but i'm not sure if i will stay with him for more than one transfer because we both have a license and its kind of a waste but we will see.

sounds like some cool stuff has been going on and not so cool about dads motorcycle. but thats awesome shar and trav got an apartment. i miss the beach so much. being here makes me want to swim so bad. well thats really cool dan gilster got baptised i wonder if he wants to go on a mission? and ya you told me about oso poor guy he just needs to heal.

its weird to think i have another xmas left on the mission but then the next one will be with everyone im so excited how cool is that gonna be. but i still have a year. they say it goes way faster after the year mark so i'll see.

but ya the weekend was really good with cordeiro. we had our zone conference on friday which was really good then on saturday we had a street meeting and then took cordeiro home with us. we went around to some places he wanted to go and visited this old investigator of his that was funny but super nice and in love with cordeiro shes like 60. then we went to a members house and ate dinner which was fun. then we went to machico church and got to teach the primary again which is always fun.

i blessed the sacrament with cordeiro it reminded me of old times. then he came with us to a lesson with the odenthals and we took him to the zone leaders house. then today for pday which is when we do the hikes and stuff. we drove off to the valley of the nuns which i've been there before but we didn't do the hike we did today. so it was still cool. president walton was dying but it was fun. at the top the view was pretty good it was a little cloudy but we ate lunch up on the top and it was good. then yes we said our goodbyes to elder cordeiro which was a little sad but i'll see him soon. but for sure i will remember all the stuff and everywhere i go so we can travel around to all the cool spots.

as for this week of work it was pretty good. we finally got conceicao to church this sunday and she liked it so we will see how she is doing when we pass by again this week. i was super happy aobut that. when we taught her she gave us all these potatoes and green beans cuz she has literally a shack full of potatoes. then we had a lesson with the odenthals and they are super poor and going through hard times. so we left the bag of potatoes and beans on their porch and doorbell ditched them. it was cool to see them excited and happy talking about it the next day. and we also have this extra fridge from a house that closed that we gave to them. we asked president and he said tell them a member gave it to them so they dont get too dependent on the missionaries. so i felt pretty good about all the charity and everything we are doing here. when i first had the idea to give the fridge i was with elder barwick and we came home one night and we didnt say it cuz we both had the same thought that we should give it to them so it was a great feeling.

english class this week was just carla so it was a little different but still carla was her crazy self. it was fun. other then that we have just been doing classic missionary work its been fun though. we have been lucky there are ã lot of nice people here. zone conference week is alwasy a little strange though and goes by really fast. but im excited they have a new training program that they are starting for missionaries world wide so it should be pretty cool. it's focused on making missionaries better teachers so everyone needs that. but we are also only going to have a zone conference once every three months but president is still going to come out and give us these training things so its a bit different. but it should be good.


well thats about all for now. and yes that would be cool if you could put some more shirts in there. madeira is making them really dirty and nasty. so thanks a lot for that. well i love you guys and keep up the good work. i hope you have a great week and stay strong.
